The "Destination URL" is the web site URL you want your
Go2MyURL to redirect to when used by your prospect. Make sure you
include the entire URL address for your destination site. Here's
an example:
http://www.abcfruitgumcompany.com/member/?id=2008978
The "Username or ID" is what will automatically be attached to your new Go2MyURL redirect. All you need to do is pick out a name that perhaps describes you or your business. An example would be joe2, if your name happened to be Joe, or healthy, if you have a business that promotes nutritional products. Do not use an ID Username which has all numbers.
